In our factory, VDI 3400 Ref. 39, 42, and 45 can be expertly achieved through advanced chemical etching processes to create high-quality VDI surfaces.

  • 1. Basic Process: Etching is a core mold texturing technique. It involves spraying specialized ink onto the mold cavity surface to form the base grain, followed by immersion in an acid liquid bath.
  • 2. Leather Grains: For complex leather textures, we apply multilayer films with
