VDI 3400 Ref.39/ 42/ 45 by etching to be achieved VDI surface in our factory.
1、Etching is one of the basic process of mold texturing, using spray ink on the surface of the mold cavity as forming the basic grain and texture, after immersing in the acid liquid pool.
2、The leather grain need to paste multilayer films with multiple spray ink, sandblasting and etching to achieve stereoscopic feeling.
3、Choosing some different the acid liquid for etching according to HRC of steel material, and the grain depth according to control the etching time.
